Chimpay, without any doubt, is a place to which I felt connected since I met it.

A magic place in an outstanding environment located one hour away from Buenos Aires. When I met it I felt in love mostly because of my need of cooking outdoors, with friends and a bonfire creating lovely moments. It is a project that challenges me to research, to think, to create a special menú, a unique layout for every event so that the atmosphere is the main ingredient.

On the other hand, being from San Martin de los Andes, Neuquén, and La Patagonia being my prime kitchen, makes me see and believe that every action we perform or may perform for you in Chimpay is like cooking for a little while in my other home, La Patagonia.

The clay oven turned on to bake bread, empanadas, leg of lamb, crispy chips or some apples. Picada on the table, wine and in the roasters a lamb and some ribs being grilled since early. The stockpot in the fire ready for tortafritas and in the background, Areco. This is how we expect you in Chimpay.
